items must be delivered by specific deadlines, which is why all orders

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO WE
USE ? |

After your payment is approved we will send out the
products you ordered as soon as they are available (within 1 hour
- 2 days). Fabric products that are made-to-order, normally they are
in stock ready for shipping. However, bulk order may take up to 4
weeks for production and delivery. Currently, we just support UPS Express
UPS or TNT Express International: Items on express order
will usually ship in 3-5 working days. UPS or TNT packages are trackable
with a unique tracking no. from the time of despatch to the time it
reaches your destination. Our shipping rate is uniform $24.00. It is no matter
how much your purchase amount is.
Currently, we just support the Express Delivery method while don't
use "Standard Post" for below reasons:
1. International Express provide time-critical service, which they
assure the products you ordered will be deliver to your place as soon
as possible (Normally with in one week);
2. International Express door-to-door service is a safer delivery
way than Standard Post;
3. Both of you and us can easily track packages transportation states
using tracking no. in whole delivery process on website. However,
parcels are not trackable by using Standard Post;
4. For avoiding unnecessary disputation of responsibilities, you and
us should confirm packages' arrival to ensure whether they have been
lost or damaged. Just International Express can achieve that.
Note:
1. Please note that UPS & TNT does not ship to PO Boxes.
2. Our shipping fee is based on the weight of your ordered items.
3. FabriChina reserves the right to explain terms about the shipping
rates and the shipping costs.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY ? |

All items purchased from Fabrichina.net carry a 10-day-after-delivery
refund guarantee. Please support@fabrichina.net
to notify us of the return BEFORE sending it back so we can
give you proper mailing instructions as well as note the date. Returned
items must be still in original packaging and in saleable
condition as they were sent to you.
Please note that shipping charges is NOT
refundable.
