How can I find a product?
Fabrichina.net offers several ways to select fabric products. We've
been trying to introduce each item as elaborately as possible, so
you can look through product list in every category to find what you
want. For your consideration we set up an inner search engine to help
you quickly find what you want. You can directly enter a keyword and
click the "Go!" button to begin searching throughout the
entire site. You can also use the drop-down menu to narrow your search

How can I create my account?
You must have an account for shopping at FabriChina.net. You can set
up your account before shopping around by signing up, or create a
new account after shopping.
Can I modify my contact details or other information?
Yes. You can modify your profile after logging in your account.

What happens after I place my order?
Our ordering system immediately emails you a conformation of your
latest order once you've placed an order through our online order
form. After that, you can track your order status at any time by logging
in your account. Please ensure that you are using your correct email
address to receive our conformation.
How do I track my order?
1) Use your username and password to login "My Account"
and check your order status.
2) Click the "Order Status " button on the Menu bar; enter
order number to track your order.
Has my order shipped?
You can login your account to check your order status. When your
order status shows "In Transit" it means that we've approved
your payment and sent out your ordered items. You also can track
your shipment status by entering UPS tracking No. (get from
email confirmation) in UPS website which link from our
Order Status page to view shipment details.
How do I cancel an order?
You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. Please
email support@fabrichina.net
to notify us of the cancellations. Our customer service employee will
deal with your require ASAP. However, we shall not be able to process
a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.

What are my payment choices?
Currently our online subscription accepts all major credit card payment,
including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
EuroCard. We don't bill for any credit card service fees.
When will my credit card be charged?
Upon successful order your credit card information will be submitted
to the payment gateway and processed by bank within 2 workdays.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number
that your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause delay in processing your order.
What billing information will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card will be charged in US dollars, and your payment
to FabriChina.net will be under the name of "CapInfo
Co. Ltd". If you have any question on your charges
please contact billing@fabrichina.net,
and we'll check for you ASAP.
How about the charges & exchange rates?
Due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates between China and
other countries, there may be very slight differences in your credit
card statement with the total amount stated in your order invoice.
However, we're always trying to make your billing amount lower than
the prices total to avoid any extra expense to your account, and
we're still trying to find better payment solutions.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. When your payment is approved we will send you an email invoice
for notification. We'll also include a paper invoice in your delivery
package for your copy.
Is my order process secure?
Yes. We use adopts SSL technology to encrypt all data transmitted
and the services of VeriSign conduct secure communications over
the Internet. By this method your private information can be guarded
from unauthorized access for credit card processing.

What are my shipping method choices?
Currently, we just support two delivery methods: the UPS
Express, since they are much faster and safe.
How much is my shipping?
Your shipping fee will be decided by the total amount of your order
and the shipping method you select. You can check the Shipping
and Delivery page for details.
When will my order arrive?
Normally, fabric products are in stock ready for shipping, so you
needn't worry about any delay caused by stock unavailability. The
total delivery time is mainly decided by the shipping method. Basically
it takes 3-5 business days by UPS Express.
Can I track my package online?
Yes by UPS Express. You can track you package delivery status
by entering UPS tracking No. (get from email confirmation) in UPS website which link from our Order Status
page.
How do we prevent accidental damages to your products during
delivery?
All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a
safe delivery to its destination. UPS Express International will
provide high safety service to our customers. Their door-to-door service
makes both you and us ensure whether package has been damaged when
you receive it. If there is any damage or broken on delivery package,
you have rights to refuse it. In the rare event that you encounter
goods damage, you may check our Returns Policy.

What's our guarantee?
We guarantee that all of our fabric products have high quality and
hand picked. We also guarantee that all of our products are in good
condition when sent out for shipping.
What's our return policy?
Any product you ordered from FabriChina.net, which is damaged in
transit or incorrectly delivered, carry a 10-day-after-delivery
refund guarantee.
You may either request return or exchange within 10 days of delivery,
by return we'll reverse a full refund. Please email support@fabrichina.net
to notify us of the return BEFORE sending it back so we can give
you proper mailing instructions as well as note the date. Returned
items must be still in original packaging and in saleable condition
as they were sent to you.
Please note that shipping charges is NOT refundable.
Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to FabriChina.net?
In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping
their items back to us, whereas, we shall be responsible for re-shipping
exchange items back to you. However, we'll pay the return or exchange
shipping cost if the return or exchange is caused by our error.
